注意:
1. 不要蒸太久。蒸太久会失去鱼的新鲜感。
2. 咸菜一定要泡水15分钟是要减少咸菜过咸。这样会很难下口。泡好了拿一小块试试自己喜欢的咸味。

4 chinese mushrooms (cut into strips) / 香菇
50g salted vegetable (cut into strips) / 咸菜
2 salted plums / 水酸梅
1 tomato (cut slices) / 番茄🍅
1 tbps chinese wine / 绍兴酒
1 tbps soya sauce / 酱油
5g spring onions strands / 青葱
red chili 1 (cut into strips) / 红辣椒
